    My Approach

Having to deal with that inner voice of depression or anxiety that is constantly telling you the various ways you "have failed" or "things you should have done differently" is exhausting. I know how it feels when depression makes it feel like you have weights attached to every muscle. Or how anxiety makes you feel like you need to curl up and hide in the dark because it feels "safer."

You wouldn't put up with someone treating a friend that way, so let's work together to get that anxiety voice to stop yapping! I can help you feel empowered to make decisions that feel impossible and see through the obstacles that paralyze you.

I have over 10 years of experience helping people overcome their depression and anxiety. I have also had extensive experience helping people rebuild their relationships or navigate their way through or out of an abusive one. Additionally, I have worked alongside numerous folks as they navigate the Family Court System.

If you're here, you want a change in your life, you want to stop being miserable and (maybe) even try out being happy? If it's because of life in general or the craziness that relationships can bring, there's a way through it! I've asked the question, "how do I make my relationship work?" I've helped others through it, I would be eager to help you too.
